All our project managers have extensive industry experience and follow highly developed in-house project management processes in conjunction with PRINCE 2 project management methodology.

Project Methodology

X Communications prides itself on excellence. All projects are design-led and the team assigned to every project is carefully selected in order to match the unique requirements of the proposed project. We develop prototypes at the early stage of  a project; this ensures that the organization and the project team understands our approach to the assignment and has a sense of the look and feel of the finished product before commissioning the full implementation.

Workflow is streamlined by nominating one individual in the client organisation to oversee the project from start to finish. This nominated person liaises directly at all times with X Communications’ nominated project manager, and is kept fully aware of all project developments.
