X Communications' management team consists of an operations manager, a programming team leader, and a creative director who together evaluate and monitor the ongoing success of every project. Each project that we undertake on behalf of a client is assigned a team consisting of key production members carefully selected in order to match the unique requirements of the project; project manager, lead designer and lead programmer, aided by a junior designer and a junior programmer.
