X Communications consists of four distinct teams:
- Management
- Project & Account Management
- Design
- Programming
Our overall management team consists of an operations manager, a programming team leader and a creative
director who together evaluate and monitor the ongoing success of every project.
Each project that we undertake on behalf of a client is assigned a team consisting of key production
members, project manager, lead designer and lead programmer, aided by a junior designer and a junior
programmer. The project team sees the project through from start to finish and ensures the client's
goals and requirements are met.
